Description
These Cookies & Cream Dessert Cups are an easy no-bake treat made with layers of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, creamy cheesecake filling, and whipped topping. Perfect for parties, holidays, or quick make-ahead desserts.
Ingredients
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo), crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (plus extra for garnish)
- Additional crushed cookies for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies with melted butter and mix until evenly coated.
- Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture into the bottom of each dessert cup and gently press down to form a crust layer.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Spoon or pipe the cream mixture over the cookie crust layer in each cup.
- Top with additional whipped topping and crushed cookies for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the dessert to set.
Notes
- Chill for at least 1 hour for best texture and flavor.
- Can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla for a richer chocolate flavor.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
