Description

These Cookies & Cream Dessert Cups are an easy no-bake treat made with layers of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, creamy cheesecake filling, and whipped topping. Perfect for parties, holidays, or quick make-ahead desserts.

Ingredients

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo), crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (plus extra for garnish)
  • Additional crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies with melted butter and mix until evenly coated.
  2. Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture into the bottom of each dessert cup and gently press down to form a crust layer.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  5. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cream mixture over the cookie crust layer in each cup.
  7. Top with additional whipped topping and crushed cookies for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the dessert to set.

Notes

  • Chill for at least 1 hour for best texture and flavor.
  • Can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla for a richer chocolate flavor.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
