Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring
- Pink gel food coloring
- Purple gel food coloring
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the cotton candy flavoring.
- Divide the fudge mixture into two bowls. Add pink gel coloring to one and purple to the other. Mix until the colors are vibrant.
- Pour the pink mixture into the prepared pan and add dollops of the purple mixture on top.
- Using a knife or skewer, gently swirl the purple into the pink to create a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using parchment edges and cut into squares.
