Description

Creamy white chocolate fudge with a fun twist of cotton candy flavor and vibrant pink and purple swirls. Perfect for parties or sweet treats.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • Purple gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir continuously until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the cotton candy flavoring.
  5. Divide the fudge mixture into two bowls. Add pink gel coloring to one and purple to the other. Mix until the colors are vibrant.
  6. Pour the pink mixture into the prepared pan and add dollops of the purple mixture on top.
  7. Using a knife or skewer, gently swirl the purple into the pink to create a marbled effect.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using parchment edges and cut into squares.
