Description

Crab Rangoon Bites are a fun, easy-to-make appetizer featuring a creamy crab filling baked in crispy wonton wrappers. Perfect for parties or snacking!


Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation), shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooking spray
  • Sweet chili sauce or soy sauce, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and press a wonton wrapper into each cup to form a shell.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crab meat and chopped green onions.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture into each wonton cup.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the wonton edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce if desired.
