Crab Rangoon Bites are a fun, easy-to-make appetizer featuring a creamy crab filling baked in crispy wonton wrappers. Perfect for parties or snacking!
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation), shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooking spray
- Sweet chili sauce or soy sauce, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and press a wonton wrapper into each cup to form a shell.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the crab meat and chopped green onions.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture into each wonton cup.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the wonton edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh, canned, or imitation crab meat based on your preference.
- Wonton wrappers crisp up best when sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
- These bites can be made ahead and reheated in the oven for a quick snack.
