Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or burger sauce
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
- Onion slices (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Divide and shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
- Spread mayonnaise or burger sauce on the buns. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles if desired.
- Place the cooked patties on the buns, adding extra cheese or bacon if preferred.
