Ingredients
- 1 package (6 oz) raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (14 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in the cranberry sauce until fully combined.
- Add the crushed pineapple, chopped celery, and walnuts.
- Pour in the cold water and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Serve chilled.
