Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a delicious and festive twist on traditional holiday stuffing, combining savory turkey, herbs, and cranberries into bite-sized portions perfect for serving as an appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cups prepared stuffing (cooled)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil (for greasing baking sheet)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, prepared stuffing, dried cranberries, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley if using. Mix until just combined – do not overmix.
- Use your hands or a cookie scoop to form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the stuffing balls are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve with gravy, cranberry sauce, or as-is.
