- 1 1/2 pounds frozen pearl onions, thawed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

- Stir in the sage and thyme, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
