Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for texture)
  • Water as needed to thin

Instructions

  1. Wash and roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
