Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for texture)
- Water as needed to thin
Instructions
- Wash and roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cilantro, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, salt, and olive oil (if using).
- Blend until smooth. Add water a little at a time to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
