Description

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet Greek yogurt yum yum sauce made with simple ingredients, perfect as a dip, drizzle, or spread for seafood, chicken, vegetables, and bowls.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, and melted butter.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
  • For a spicier version, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
