Description
A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet Greek yogurt yum yum sauce made with simple ingredients, perfect as a dip, drizzle, or spread for seafood, chicken, vegetables, and bowls.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, and melted butter.
- Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
- For a spicier version, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Great as a dipping sauce for shrimp, fries, or grilled vegetables.
