Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add crumbled feta cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet and mix until well coated. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
