This creamy Mango Lassi is a refreshing Indian yogurt-based drink made with sweet mangoes, yogurt, and ice. Perfect for hot days or as a cooling accompaniment to spicy meals.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango pulp (or 1 1/2 cups cubed Mangoes)
- 3/4 cup Thick Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Milk / Water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 6–8 Ice Cubes
- Pistachios, sliced (for garnish)
- Saffron strands (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the mango pulp, yogurt, milk or water, sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mango lassi into 2 tall glasses.
- Garnish with sliced pistachios and saffron strands.
- Serve chilled.

- Use ripe sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar depending on the sweetness of the mangoes.
- For a thicker lassi, reduce the milk or water slightly.
