Description

This creamy Mango Lassi is a refreshing Indian yogurt-based drink made with sweet mangoes, yogurt, and ice. Perfect for hot days or as a cooling accompaniment to spicy meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango pulp (or 1 1/2 cups cubed Mangoes)
  • 3/4 cup Thick Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Milk / Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 68 Ice Cubes
  • Pistachios, sliced (for garnish)
  • Saffron strands (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the mango pulp, yogurt, milk or water, sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mango lassi into 2 tall glasses.
  4. Garnish with sliced pistachios and saffron strands.
  5. Serve chilled.
