Ingredients
- 1 cup apple (chopped)
- 1 cup banana (sliced)
- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup mango (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons custard powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix custard powder with 3-4 tablespoons of milk until smooth and without lumps.
- Boil the remaining milk in a saucepan, then add the custard mixture while stirring continuously.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the custard thickens. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
- Once the custard is cool, add fresh cream and mix well until smooth.
- Add all the chopped fruits to the custard-cream mixture and mix gently.
- Chill the fruit bowl in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with some extra fruits or nuts if desired before serving.

- You can adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of your fruits.

- Don’t add fruits to hot custard, always let it cool first.
