Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)
- 1 tbsp butter (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (without the seasoning packets), then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked beef and drained noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- If using, mix crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top for a crunchy finish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to swap cream of mushroom with cream of chicken or cream of celery soup.
