Description

This Creamy Ramen Noodle Casserole is a comforting and budget-friendly dish that transforms simple pantry staples into a creamy, flavorful bake. Perfect for busy weeknights, it combines ramen noodles with a creamy mushroom sauce, ground beef, and a crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (without the seasoning packets), then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked beef and drained noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. If using, mix crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top for a crunchy finish.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
