Ingredients
- 1 head garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 45 minutes or until soft. Let cool.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of the skin and mash into a paste.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mashed garlic, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld before serving.
