Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked ravioli and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
