Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce and heat through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
