Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 golden Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, strawberry preserves, vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries. Mix well.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until fully combined.
- Layer the mixture into a loaf pan, alternating with crushed Oreos.
- Top with extra crushed Oreos and a few chopped strawberries if desired.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve!
