Description

This Creamy Tropical Fruit Mix is a refreshing, healthy dessert that combines tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, and kiwi with creamy yogurt or whipped cream. Easy to make and customizable, it’s perfect for a summer snack, side dish, or light dessert. Whip up this colorful, tropical treat for a crowd-pleasing option at your next gathering or just as a quick, satisfying snack!

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 cup mango, chopped

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup coconut yogurt or regular yogurt

1/4 cup whipped cream (optional)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the tropical fruits: peel and chop the pineapple, mango, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces. Slice the banana into rounds.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped fruits.

  • In a separate small bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using).

  • Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the chopped fruit until evenly coated.

  • If desired, fold in the whipped cream for a creamier texture.

  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish with shredded coconut and fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  1. You can substitute the yogurt with coconut cream or any plant-based yogurt to make it dairy-free.
  2. Optional: Add nuts or seeds for crunch, or berries for added flavor and color.
  3. If you want a thicker version, blend the fruit and yogurt together for a smoothie bowl.
