Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt (for salsa)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Remove salmon from the air fryer and let rest for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites topped with fresh mango salsa.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure maximum crispiness.
- You can add chili flakes or jalapeño to the salsa for extra heat.
