Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt (for salsa)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Remove salmon from the air fryer and let rest for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve the crispy salmon bites topped with fresh mango salsa.
