1 egg

¾ cup cold water

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (slurry)


Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and cold water together.
