Ingredients
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg, beaten
Olive oil spray
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

In another bowl, beat the egg.
