Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
