Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 packets of chicken gravy mix (0.87 ounce each)
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounce)
  • 1 can of chicken broth (14.5 ounce)
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and dijon mustard (if using) until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir to mix well with the gravy.
  7. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
