Ingredients

- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and peppermint extract.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to help the chocolate chips melt evenly.
