Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Mini marshmallows, for topping (optional)
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Crushed peppermint candies, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and peppermint extract.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to help the chocolate chips melt evenly.
  4. Once the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is hot, stir again before serving.
  5. Serve in mugs and top with mini marshmallows, whipped cream, and crushed peppermint candies if desired.
