Ingredients
- 2 boneless turkey breasts
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crockpot insert.
- Place turkey breasts at the bottom and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth until combined.
- Spread stuffing mixture evenly over the turkey.
- In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk, then pour over the stuffing layer.
- Add green beans and carrots on top or along the sides.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until turkey is fully cooked and tender.
- Check seasoning before serving and adjust if needed.
