Ingredients

  • 2 boneless turkey breasts
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the crockpot insert.
  2. Place turkey breasts at the bottom and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  3. In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth until combined.
  4. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over the turkey.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk, then pour over the stuffing layer.
  6. Add green beans and carrots on top or along the sides.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until turkey is fully cooked and tender.
  8. Check seasoning before serving and adjust if needed.
