Description

This Dairy Free Vanilla Protein Ice Cream made in the Ninja Creami is a creamy, high-protein treat with a smooth vanilla flavor. It’s easy to make, dairy-free, and perfect for a healthier dessert or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla dairy-free protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or preferred sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or blender, combine almond milk, vanilla protein powder, pudding mix, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the max fill line.
  3. Freeze the pint on a level surface for at least 12–24 hours until completely solid.
  4. Remove from the freezer and insert the pint into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the “Lite Ice Cream” function and process.
  6. If the texture appears crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of almond milk and re-spin until creamy.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, use canned light coconut milk instead of almond milk.
  • Adjust sweetness based on your protein powder and preference.
  • Add mix-ins like dairy-free chocolate chips or berries after the first spin using the “Mix-In” function.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer and re-spin before serving.
