Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla dairy-free protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or preferred sweetener
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl or blender, combine almond milk, vanilla protein powder, pudding mix, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the max fill line.
- Freeze the pint on a level surface for at least 12–24 hours until completely solid.
- Remove from the freezer and insert the pint into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Select the “Lite Ice Cream” function and process.
- If the texture appears crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of almond milk and re-spin until creamy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, use canned light coconut milk instead of almond milk.
- Adjust sweetness based on your protein powder and preference.
- Add mix-ins like dairy-free chocolate chips or berries after the first spin using the “Mix-In” function.
- Store leftovers in the freezer and re-spin before serving.
