Description
Date Snickers are a healthy, no-bake treat made with Medjool dates stuffed with peanut butter, coated in chocolate, and sprinkled with chopped peanuts. They taste just like a Snickers bar but are naturally sweetened and made with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates
 - 1/4 cup peanut butter (natural, creamy or crunchy)
 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil
 - 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions
- Slice each date open on one side and remove the pit.
 - Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and gently press closed.
 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
 - Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, coating fully. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Sprinkle the tops with chopped peanuts while the chocolate is still wet.
 - Place in the refrigerator or freezer for 10–15 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
- Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter for a variation or nut-free version.
 - Dark chocolate (70% or higher) gives a richer, less sweet flavor.
 - Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 1 month.
