Description
Death by Chocolate Bundt Cake is a rich, moist, and intensely chocolatey dessert that’s perfect for true chocolate lovers. Made with a chocolate cake mix, pudding, chocolate chips, and topped with a chocolate ganache, this bundt cake is decadently delicious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
 - 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 1/2 cup warm water
 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
 - In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, and warm water until well combined.
 - Stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips.
 - Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan.
 - Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
 - Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
 - To make the ganache, heat the heavy cream until just boiling, then pour over 1 cup of chocolate chips. Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
 - Drizzle the ganache over the cooled cake before serving.

Notes
- Ensure the cake is fully cooled before adding ganache to prevent it from melting off.
 - Use mini chocolate chips for a more even distribution in the batter.
 - Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
 - This cake tastes even better the next day as the flavors deepen.
