Description

An ultra-decadent chocolate dump cake layered with pudding, chocolate chips, hot fudge, whipped cream, and crushed Oreos — the ultimate dessert for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups hot fudge sauce, warmed
  • 2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos (or chocolate cookie crumbs)
  • Additional chocolate chips and crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, and milk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, poke holes throughout the cake using the end of a wooden spoon.
  7. Pour warm hot fudge sauce over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
  8. Spread whipped cream evenly over the top of the cake.
  9. Sprinkle crushed Oreos and additional chocolate chips on top for garnish.
  10. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
