Ingredients
- 20 Jumbo Marshmallows
- 1 cup Pancake Mix
- 1 Large Egg
- ¾ cup Milk
- 2–3 cups Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)
- Whipped Cream (optional, for serving)
- Chocolate Syrup (optional, for serving)
- Sprinkles (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Heat about 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, milk, and a small splash of oil until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each marshmallow into the batter, coating evenly, and gently shake off any excess.
- Carefully place the coated marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove fried marshmallows using a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- While still warm, top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately.
