Description

Ingredients

  • 20 Jumbo Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Pancake Mix
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 23 cups Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)
  • Whipped Cream (optional, for serving)
  • Chocolate Syrup (optional, for serving)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat about 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, milk, and a small splash of oil until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into the batter, coating evenly, and gently shake off any excess.
  4. Carefully place the coated marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Remove fried marshmallows using a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
