Description
A flavorful and fun Dorito Taco Salad loaded with seasoned ground beef, crunchy veggies, and crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos, all tossed in Catalina dressing. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or party dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the seasoned ground beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
- Pour the Catalina dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Just before serving, add the crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos on top for added crunch.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious Dorito Taco Salad.
