Description

A flavorful and fun Dorito Taco Salad loaded with seasoned ground beef, crunchy veggies, and crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos, all tossed in Catalina dressing. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or party dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the seasoned ground beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Pour the Catalina dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
  6. Just before serving, add the crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos on top for added crunch.
