Description

A creamy and aromatic chia pudding infused with Earl Grey tea, lightly sweetened with maple syrup for a comforting and elegant treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 bags earl grey tea
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the milk with the Earl Grey tea bags. Once it begins to simmer, remove from heat and let the tea steep for up to 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and pour the infused milk into a bowl. Add chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Return to the fridge and let the pudding set for at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir well and add desired toppings such as chopped nuts, cocoa nibs, or berries.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free milk like almond or oat milk for a vegan option.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to taste.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Stir before serving to maintain a smooth texture.
