Description

This Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy appetizer that’s perfect for game day, parties, or any gathering. Made with tender shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, and a blend of cheeses, it comes together quickly and is always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese if using.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control spice level.
