Ingredients
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
