A light and creamy twist on classic tiramisu made with cottage cheese for a protein-rich dessert that’s quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for a no-bake treat with rich coffee flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- 12–16 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur if using.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving for best texture and flavor.

- Substitute Greek yogurt for mascarpone for a lighter option.
