Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in boiling water, stirring well until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cold water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the cranberry sauce and gently break it up with a spoon to incorporate it into the gelatin mixture.
  4. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and chopped nuts if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold, dish, or serving bowl.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
