Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and garlic powder over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until combined. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or with steamed vegetables.
