These Easy Herb Parmesan Dinner Rolls are soft, buttery, and packed with flavor from garlic, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese. Using refrigerated biscuit dough makes them incredibly quick and simple to prepare — perfect as a side dish for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 (16.3-ounce) can of refrigerated biscuits (8 count, like Pillsbury Grands)
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch or 9-inch round baking dish or cake pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit pieces and gently toss to coat.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and gently toss again until evenly coated.
- Place the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through in the center.
