Description
These Easy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Balls are a quick and delicious dessert made with just three main ingredients. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a sweet treat anytime, these bite-sized truffles are creamy, chocolatey, and require no oven time.
Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies (1 standard 14.3 oz package)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz melting chocolate (white, milk, or dark)
- Optional: sprinkles or crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbs and blend until fully combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
- Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 20–30 minutes until firm.
- While chilling, melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined tray and top with sprinkles or crushed Oreos if desired.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 10–15 minutes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use any type of Oreos, including flavored or double-stuffed, for different variations.
- Chilling before dipping helps the balls keep their shape.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
