Description
These Easy Pistachio Protein Balls are a no-bake, high-protein snack made with just a few wholesome ingredients. Each ball contains 10g of protein, making them perfect for post-workout fuel or a quick energy boost during the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add pistachios to a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground.
- Add oats and pulse again until combined.
- Add protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
- Roll the mixture into balls using your hands (about 2 tablespoons per ball).
- Place balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
- You can substitute almond butter or another nut butter if preferred.
- Use a protein powder you enjoy the taste of for best results.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup depending on preference.
