Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained (about 140 g)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon spicy mayonnaise or regular mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon relish
- 1 teaspoon honey Dijon mustard
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 2 small tortillas
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drain the tuna well and place it in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to break it into small flakes.
- Add salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, relish, honey Dijon mustard, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
- Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and divide the tuna mixture evenly between them.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the tuna mixture on each tortilla.

- Remove from the oven, fold the tortillas into wraps, and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- Add sliced tomatoes or lettuce before folding for extra freshness.
- Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese can be used instead of mozzarella.
- For extra crunch, lightly toast the tortillas in a skillet before adding the filling.
- Serve with a side salad or soup for a complete meal.
