A unique twist on the classic Italian dessert, this Pistachio Tiramisu blends the rich, nutty flavor of pistachios with creamy mascarpone and the familiar layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers for a show-stopping no-bake treat.
Ingredients
- 250g mascarpone
- 200ml double cream
- 100g pistachio cream or paste
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g ladyfingers (savoiardi)
- 150ml strong espresso or coffee, cooled
- 50g chopped pistachios (for layering and topping)
- Optional: white chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone, double cream, pistachio cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and thickened.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled espresso and layer them in the base of your serving dish or glasses.
- Spoon a layer of the pistachio mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios for texture and added flavor.
- Repeat the layers until you’ve used all the cream and ladyfingers, finishing with a layer of cream.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, top with extra chopped pistachios and optional white chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.

- If you don’t have pistachio cream, you can blend shelled pistachios into a paste with a bit of oil and sugar.
