- 6 paan leaves (betel leaves), chopped
- 1 teaspoon saunf
- 1 tablespoon gulkand
- 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 6 ice cubes
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup soaked sabja (sweet basil seeds)
- 1/2 cup cooked vermicelli
- 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
- 1 tablespoon crushed pista
Instructions
- Chop off the stalk and thickest part of the vein from the paan leaves to reduce bitterness, then roughly chop the leaves.

- Add 2 teaspoons of soaked sabja seeds to each shot glass.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cooked vermicelli as the second layer.
- Fill each glass about 3/4 full with the prepared paan milk.
- Top with a teaspoon of vanilla ice cream and garnish with dried rose petals and crushed pista.
- Serve immediately chilled.
Notes
- Adjust the milk quantity for a thinner or thicker consistency.
- Serve immediately to maintain the texture of the ice cream and falooda layers.
- You can chill the shot glasses beforehand for an extra refreshing dessert.
- Rose syrup can be added for extra sweetness and flavor.
