Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line or grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir just until no dry streaks remain.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
