Ingredients
- 1 unbaked tart crust
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4–5 ripe plums, sliced
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold in almond flour, all-purpose flour, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the almond filling evenly into the prepared tart crust.
- Arrange sliced plums on top in a decorative pattern.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the filling is set and lightly golden.
- Cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
Notes
