Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked tart crust
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 45 ripe plums, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in almond flour, all-purpose flour, and salt until smooth.
  5. Spread the almond filling evenly into the prepared tart crust.
  6. Arrange sliced plums on top in a decorative pattern.
