Description

A vibrant and refreshing fresh fruit salad made with a medley of berries, tropical fruits, and citrus—perfect for a healthy snack or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwis, oranges, blueberries, and raspberries.
  3. Gently toss the fruit together to combine, being careful not to crush the berries.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe, fresh fruit for best flavor and texture.
  • You can add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to enhance freshness and prevent browning.
  • Feel free to substitute or add other seasonal fruits.
