Description
Fried S’mores Bombs are a fun and indulgent twist on the classic campfire treat, combining gooey marshmallows and melty chocolate coated in a crispy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 12 marshmallows
- 12 pieces of chocolate (about the size of a marshmallow)
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Skewer a marshmallow and a piece of chocolate together with a toothpick.
- Dip the marshmallow and chocolate into the egg mixture, then roll in the graham cracker mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the coated marshmallows and chocolate, a few at a time, until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
