These Frozen Cucumber Strawberry Margaritas are a refreshing and unique twist on the classic cocktail, combining sweet strawberries, cooling cucumber, and zesty lime for the perfect summer drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced cucumber, peeled if desired
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup silver tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2–4 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, to taste
- 1/4 cup water (as needed for blending)
- Ice, if needed for consistency
- Salt or sugar, for rimming glasses (optional)
- Lime wedges and strawberry slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your glasses by rimming them with lime juice and dipping them in salt or sugar, if desired.
- In a high-speed blender, combine cucumber, frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth, adding water a little at a time if the mixture is too thick to blend.
- If needed, add a few ice cubes and blend again to reach your desired frozen consistency.
- Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges and strawberry slices, if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave to taste.
- Use a seedless cucumber for a smoother texture.
