Description

These strawberry yogurt bites are a refreshing, naturally sweet frozen treat made with fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt. Perfect for a healthy snack or light dessert that both kids and adults will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, gently fold the diced strawberries into the Greek yogurt.
  3. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Transfer the frozen yogurt bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use plain Greek yogurt for less sweetness and adjust honey to taste.
  • Try adding mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut for variation.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes before eating for the best texture.
