Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cayenne pepper and sauté for about 1 minute.
