Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cayenne pepper and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the dark brown sugar until combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and coat them evenly with the brown sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
