Description

Garlic Butter Air Fryer Mushrooms are a quick and flavorful side dish made with fresh mushrooms, garlic, and butter, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a rich, savory taste.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the mushrooms evenly.
  3. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until mushrooms are golden and tender.
  5. Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
  • Use any type of mushrooms you prefer—white, cremini, or baby bella work well.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste, and add chili flakes for a spicy kick if desired.
