Ingredients
- 16 oz mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the mushrooms evenly.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until mushrooms are golden and tender.
- Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Use any type of mushrooms you prefer—white, cremini, or baby bella work well.
- Adjust seasonings to taste, and add chili flakes for a spicy kick if desired.
